The tournament was a knock-out competition, divided in six rounds. Some teams had a bye in the first round and entered the tournament in the second one. Here are the scores of the quarterfinals, semifinals and final match:

In the final, Nankatsu and Toho were tied at the end of extra-time. Instead of going forward with a penalty shootout, both teams were declared champions.
